Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred
10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, preferably in CPG, beverage, or high-growth environments
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a track record of driving business results
Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, OneStream)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven leadership and team development capabilities

Responsibilities

Develop and lead the company’s annual budgeting and long-range planning processes
Partner with executive leadership to align financial strategy with business objectives
Build and maintain robust financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability
Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers of performance across product lines and channels
Deliver insights on cost structures, margin improvement, and operational efficiency
Establish and monitor KPIs across departments and business segments
Create executive dashboards and board-level reporting packages
Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with senior leadership
Implement and manage FP&A tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, and OneStream)
Integrate planning systems with ERP platforms (D365 & OneStream) and BI tools (Tableau & Power BI)
Drive automation and standardization of reporting and planning processes
Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team
Foster a culture of analytical rigor and continuous improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain
