Responsibilities

Direct the aesthetic readiness of Brooks Running footwear through the Spring/Fall Footwear Inline and Innovation Design Teams
Provide leadership and vision to a team of managers and designers
Reimagine performance running footwear collections
Build and develop a world-class design team
Create and manage the long-term direction of Brooks running footwear
Collaborate with the Run Research Lab to conceive future innovations
Co-direct with the Director, Color & Trend to establish a creative foundation for footwear designs ("Crafted Beauty")
Elevate the vision of Crafted Beauty through the integration of digital creation tools
Ensure a premium impact on the emotional experience of Brooks footwear
