Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience applying Finance skills and concepts
  • Ability to combine strategic business perspective with strong project management and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to “tell the story” and influence executive decision-making
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build consultative relationships across Finance and business teams
  • Solid knowledge of financial modeling, presentation, and data visualization tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Thinkcell, Tableau, Business Objects)
  • Ability to teach and mentor others on financial tools and concepts

Responsibilities

  • Deliver impactful, insightful, and actionable financial analysis to Digital business partners
  • Guide effective decision-making for the Digital Product Domain
  • Support the Digital Product Domain in providing exceptional digital experiences and delivering strong business outcomes
  • Work closely with Product Areas within the Digital Domain, including Digital AI Solutions, Digital Transformation & Scale, and the AI Center of Excellence
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, key partners across business functions, and Finance teams across the firm
