Demonstrated experience in operations, process and/or quality management
Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal communication & listening skills for internal collaboration and senior leadership presentations
Ability to navigate and influence across the organization
Proven track record of successfully leading a team
Analytical problem-solving skills: able to assess information from multiple angles, break down complex information into concepts and data to drive insights and action
Strong consultative communication approach with demonstrated ability to influence outcomes
Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize concurrent assignments with a keen sense of urgency
Critical thinking skills and analysis to troubleshoot and present recommendations for process improvements

Responsibilities

Proactively identify risk and establish controls to mitigate gaps in the control environment
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and collaborate with business partners on analyzing trends and identifying improvement opportunities
Engage across FFIO to create a robust control environment, leveraging automation and data analytics to identify and remediate control gaps and manage the effective execution of key controls
Coordinate and communicate internally and work extensively with leaders of all operational areas, as well as FFIO Risk and Technology
Act as both an executor and strategic contributor to the FFIO Digital Operations organization
Participate in planning and delivering quality management training and education, associate development, and other cross-organizational opportunities as needed
Collaborate with business partners on process improvement recommendations and resolution of issues
Perform trend analysis of quality data to identify common root causes and determine improvement opportunities
Communicate quality trends, outcomes, and recommendations to senior leadership
Deploy new control processes to reduce risk in the operating environment
Handle escalated situations with appropriate urgency, context, and risk mitigation focus
