Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, engineering, computer science, statistics, or related STEM field; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or measurement, ideally within media, advertising, eCommerce, or retail
  • Proven experience building and scaling automated reporting systems, dashboard ecosystems, and KPI frameworks
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel; familiarity with Python, R, or other analytical tools a plus
  • Expertise with visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to align senior stakeholders, drive prioritization, and influence complex decisions
  • Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives
  • Demonstrated leadership experience developing and managing high-performing analytics teams

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior data analytics leader partnering with the Insights team and cross-functional leaders to drive a unified, accurate, and automated view of WMC business performance
  • Lead the design, development, and governance of WMC’s dashboard ecosystem, scorecards, KPI definitions, and automated business review workflows across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences
  • Oversee the automation of recurring reporting, reducing manual effort while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment on core business metrics
  • Provide strategic performance analytics and data-driven thought leadership to Directors, VPs, and executive stakeholders, guiding decision-making across product, advertiser, and marketplace performance
  • Own the end-to-end analytics roadmap for insight support, including data architecture needs, workflow automation, dashboard enhancements, and new analytics capabilities
  • Guide team members in extracting deep insights through hypothesis-driven analyses, advanced statistical techniques, and data storytelling across disparate data sources
  • Ensure rigor in data governance, data quality, metric consistency, and documentation across all reporting and insight-generating processes
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration on high-visibility projects, providing the performance analytics perspective and ensuring alignment across business teams
  • Deliver in a fast-paced environment with multiple high-impact initiatives and tight deadlines while coaching a high-performing analytics team
