Responsibilities

  • Position and cover BlackRock’s Real Estate platform in the DACH region
  • Focus on fundraising across Europe Property Fund (EF) and Asia Property Fund (AF) Value-Added Fund vintage series
  • Promote Core/Core+ Fund Capabilities
  • Handle Customised Separately Managed Accounts
  • Syndication of co-investment opportunities across the client base
  • Partner with Portfolio Managers as a link between investment teams and client business
  • Facilitate connectivity between firm’s investors and clients
  • Work in partnership with Client Business to deliver first-class client experience
  • Act as commercial partner to internal and external clients
  • Provide specialised knowledge on product, investment, and market
