Responsibilities

Position and cover BlackRock’s Real Estate platform in the DACH region
Focus on fundraising across Europe Property Fund (EF) and Asia Property Fund (AF) Value-Added Fund vintage series
Promote Core/Core+ Fund Capabilities
Handle Customised Separately Managed Accounts
Syndication of co-investment opportunities across the client base
Partner with Portfolio Managers as a link between investment teams and client business
Facilitate connectivity between firm’s investors and clients
Work in partnership with Client Business to deliver first-class client experience
Act as commercial partner to internal and external clients
Provide specialised knowledge on product, investment, and market
