Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex, large-scale cybersecurity transformation programs
Champion change by driving adoption of new processes, tools, and mindsets across the organization
Establish and oversee frameworks for tracking/measuring impact of transformation initiatives to ensure return on investment
Provide executive oversight for the full portfolio of cybersecurity programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Drive data-driven prioritization, resource allocation, project/forecast budgets via rigorous financial planning and oversight
Implement robust governance framework for accountability, transparency, and regular portfolio reporting to executive leadership
Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class cybersecurity transformation and program delivery team, including internal/external resources
Build and maintain strong global relationships with senior/executive management and stakeholders across the organization
Drive consensus among teams and stakeholders to achieve ambitious goals and deliver measurable business value
