Minimum 15 years of experience in logistics industry/function in China for a large multinational logistics company or a large e-Commerce company, or customer relations experience in China for a large industrial real estate developer
Fluent written and verbal communications skills in English and Chinese
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with key players on customers’ sides
Logistics/supply chain or closely related advanced degree is a strong plus
Proven interpersonal and consensus building skills
Frequent travel will be necessary
Responsibilities
Execution of China Customer Led Solutions strategy with measurable results
Establish and maintain good working relationships with (potential) key customers at national levels to create new business opportunities including but not limited to build-to-suit opportunities and/or leasing opportunities
Build an in-depth understanding of our (potential) key customers – their business, strategies, customers, and trends that impact their need for space
Execute the national key account program to maximize business opportunities and provide premium service to our key customers
Work closely with the local leasing teams to provide advice and actionable insights to secure deals
Become widely known and respected as an expert in the logistics warehousing community and participate in appropriate industry trade shows and conferences
Coordinate with PR & Marketing team and other internal stakeholders to promote Prologis China brand to our customers and the relevant industry communities
