Requirements

Candidates must possess over 10 years of experience in security, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and a track record of building scalable security strategies are required.

Responsibilities

The Director of Corporate Security will act as the system owner for Deel's security platforms, oversee the resolution of technical security issues, and partner with stakeholders to remediate risks. Responsibilities include defining and improving the monitoring and alerting strategy, managing incident coordination with SIEM and SOC providers, designing security dashboards, and acting as a Tier 3 escalation for security incidents. The role also involves developing and executing insider threat detection strategies, implementing SIEM correlation rules, and building security playbooks for incident response.
