Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner for the Enterprise Platforms Technology (EPTech) senior leadership team (LT) member, helping guide the operations and management of their organization
  • Act as a central point of contact between the EPTech LT member and other key partners, ensuring alignment of leaders across the organization
  • Prioritize and focus leaders in key areas (goals, labor strategy, budget etc.), aiding the EPTech LT member in strategic planning, uncovering critical efficiencies, and preventing duplication of effort
  • Understand the LT member’s organizational strategy and vision, driving and tracking goals and priorities
  • Assist the LT member with strategic planning, including financial and resource planning in collaboration with key partners (EPTech Chiefs of Staff, Finance, Product)
  • Create and manage effective, scalable processes to manage operating rhythms, leading and influencing to inject new operational processes for executional discipline and excellence
  • Work closely with partner business units and functions to align operations with strategy, influencing across all levels and organizations
  • Work with the LT member to plan and execute key messages and deliver to internal audiences with consistent, frequent organizational communications
  • Develop relationships within direct and extended team members to act as an informed and helpful sounding board and thought partner
