6+ years of product management experience, ideally within gaming, sports betting, or interactive entertainment, with a proven track record of launching and scaling digital products
Strong foundation in product development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), with hands-on experience collaborating closely with engineering and technology teams
Proficient in user research, data analysis, and applying insights to optimize product lifecycle, player engagement, and performance metrics
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams and drive strategic outcomes
Deep understanding of player psychology, game mechanics, and a passion for creating innovative, engaging gaming experiences
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers to drive innovation and operational excellence across the gaming portfolio
Define and execute a comprehensive product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals, market trends, and player expectations
Oversee the full product lifecycle—from concept to launch to post-launch optimization—ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration
Leverage market research, competitive analysis, and player insights to identify new opportunities and guide product strategy
Analyze key performance metrics and player behavior to continuously enhance product engagement, retention, and revenue
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners while staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies
