Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with CEO, CFO, VP Finance to deliver high-impact analytical insights that drive strategic business decisions.
  • Design and execute sophisticated analytical frameworks to evaluate business performance, market opportunities, and strategic options.
  • Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for executive consumption.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting that provide real-time visibility into key business metrics and strategic KPIs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Collaborate effectively with teams across finance, product, marketing, sales, and engineering to deliver integrated insights.
  • Present complex analytical findings and recommendations to executive audiences with clarity and impact.

Requirements

  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools (we use Tableau).
  • Experience with modern data platforms and tools (we use Snowflake, dbt, GitLab, and others).
  • 8+ years of experience in a management consulting, investment banking, analytics, or data science role.
  • Significant experience in a SaaS, technology, or high-growth environment.

Compensation

  • Salary Range (California/Colorado/Hawaii/New Jersey/New York/Washington/DC/Illinois/Minnesota): $167,000 - $313,000 USD
  • Note: The base salary range is for residents of listed locations only. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted at up to 100% of the offered base salary. See more information on our benefits and equity.
