Responsibilities

  • Strategically shape audit initiatives by leading the planning and delivery of projects, defining comprehensive scopes, effectively communicating with stakeholders, providing guidance and direction for audit projects, and training, coaching and mentoring team members and ensuring adherence to the IA methodology
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships within the team at all levels and with stakeholders across the organization
  • Drive the dynamic risk assessment process by leading the development of a risk-based audit plan and offering insights into industry-specific risks
  • Deliver actionable strategic recommendations derived from industry expertise to strengthen the organization's risk management and internal controls and optimize operational efficiencies
  • Lead transformational department initiatives
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration by promoting teamwork among diverse teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and facilitate team growth
  • Socialize audit reports by effectively communicating and presenting audit results to diverse audiences, facilitating understanding and engagement across stakeholders
