Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and hands-on development of enterprise AI solutions leveraging Google Cloud
- Oversee the full lifecycle of AI solutions: prototyping, coding, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
- Translate AI strategies and roadmaps into actionable engineering plans and high-quality deliverables
- Serve as the primary client contact for AI engagements, ensuring technical alignment and business value delivery
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards
- Identify and shape new AI/ML opportunities within existing accounts
- Support proposal development, scoping, and pricing for AI-focused engagements
- Ensure AI delivery excellence to enable client retention and expansion
- Manage and coach a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and analysts
- Provide structured feedback, technical guidance, and career pathing for direct reports
- Uphold team norms and promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and growth
- Lead training and mentorship efforts to elevate AI/ML capabilities across the organization
- Drive the creation of reusable AI frameworks, code libraries, and best practices within the Google Cloud ecosystem
- Lead internal initiatives that improve engineering quality, scalability, or operational efficiency
- Help define technical standards, capabilities, and methods within the AI solutions practice
