Responsibilities

  • Direct and monitor sales of integrated communication solutions to small-to-medium business customers to maximize revenues and meet objectives
  • Develop a consultative business-to-business sales culture through leadership and coaching; lead by example modeling Comcast Credo, Touchstones, and Promise
  • Coach, review, reward, motivate, discipline, and terminate managers in field sales, Sales Engineering, and Sales Support; evaluate effectiveness and implement changes; address personnel/performance issues per company policy
  • Oversee deployment of new products/services targeting the enterprise segment
  • Monitor and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports, forecasts, and performance measures
  • Develop, plan, and coordinate seminars, sales incentive plans, and strategies to achieve business unit objectives
  • Identify and implement business process improvements for increased sales performance and operational efficiency
  • Establish and cultivate effective business relationships cross-functionally, with Division/Corporate teams, and internal organizations
  • Manage and monitor small-to-medium business sales channels within budgeted sales and expense targets
  • Perform other duties as assigned
