Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a robust commercial strategy aligned with the Long-Term Plan (LRP)
  • Drive revenue growth and market share expansion in France
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 3 Sales Managers and 34 collaborators
  • Promote a culture based on Care, Trust, Own it, and Innovation values
  • Ensure effective communication, performance management, and succession planning
  • Develop strong relationships with key clients, non-profits, and opinion leaders
  • Design and implement customer engagement strategies to enhance loyalty and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Work with Marketing to analyze market trends and competitive activities
  • Collaborate with GAMA and local authorities to improve access to Vantive therapies in France
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide regular reports, analyses, and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Assume responsibility for the P&L of the commercial organization in France
