Responsibilities

  • Define and pilot the regional strategy: develop an adapted plan to exceed growth and profitability objectives, implement and monitor KPIs, consolidate reporting, and actively participate in national and European Business Reviews
  • Develop commercial performance: increase market share and turnover, manage margins, stocks, and expenses, support strategic and contractual negotiations, and ensure the implementation of innovative solutions for clients
  • Manage and develop teams: recruit, train, coach, and grow a team of sales representatives and technical assistants (~10 people), set and monitor sales objectives, evaluate performance, and engage teams around a culture of success
  • Strengthen client relationships and the medical network: maintain active presence with doctors, surgeons, and healthcare facilities, visit key accounts, organize regular business reviews, and collaborate closely with KAMs to develop synergies
  • Ensure compliance and operational excellence: monitor adherence to internal processes and Compliance best practices, collaborate with marketing on the annual plan, manage warehouses and their rotation, ensure product complaint follow-up, and contribute to receivables collection
