Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership on defining and executing commercial strategy and priorities
Define metrics and KPIs to measure progress against strategy and priorities
Track progress via Avanade dashboard, integrate actions, and establish quarterly plans for Market Unit metrics
Define and execute governance model, including reporting approach and interconnections
Analyze commercial results to identify issues and implement corrective action plans with other leaders (finance, HR, sales, etc.)
Facilitate business reviews and leadership updates on strategy, priorities, metrics, and KPIs
Identify opportunities to improve business growth and profitability
Optimize organizational design, governance structure, and processes in alignment with Operational Model
Improve stakeholder connections and corporate functions
Coordinate processes across corporate functions to manage Market Unit priorities and growth objectives
Analyze talent and training needs to shape overall talent strategy
Provide planning and coordination for business priorities and initiatives
Manage and supervise deal qualification and approval processes
Facilitate travel and event approvals per processes
Develop investment strategy and plan aligned with commercial strategy and target ROI
Manage investment plan, ensuring compliance and collaboration with Shared Services
Provide program management support for strategic programs and initiatives, ensuring effective planning, activation, execution, evaluation, closure, and governance
Drive change management and communication for strategic initiatives or operational model changes, including strategy and communication plans to foster cultural adoption
