Responsibilities

Aider à détecter de nouvelles opportunités chez les clients sur Salesforce Field Service
Formaliser des recommandations concrètes, construire des offres innovantes et créer l’envie
Analyser et formaliser les besoins métiers exprimés
Coordonner des ateliers/démo pour susciter l’intérêt des métiers
Orienter les clients dans la mise en place d'outils alignés sur leurs besoins
Maîtriser la conception et l’implémentation de la solution Salesforce Field Service
Gérer les spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques
Superviser les différentes phases d’un projet (Design / Build / Test)
