Requirements
- At least 5 years of confirmed experience as Directeur Comptable, ideally in retail or distribution, in an international and transforming environment
- Experience in an audit or expertise firm (appreciated asset)
- Affirmed leadership, with ability to structure and support team skill development
- Mastery of fiscal aspects, from preparation to review of declarations
- Fluent English (bilingual) and ease in a multicultural context
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage accounting teams (20 people, including 3 direct reports)
- Pilot monthly, quarterly, and semestral closings (deadlines J+4)
- Prepare elements for approval of annual accounts of subsidiaries, in liaison with the legal team
- Actively contribute to migration to SAP S4 Hana and implement recurring controls to ensure reliable financial information
- Ensure trusted relationships with internal and external partners (Group Finance, statutory auditors, banks, etc.)
