Requirements

At least 5 years of confirmed experience as Directeur Comptable, ideally in retail or distribution, in an international and transforming environment
Experience in an audit or expertise firm (appreciated asset)
Affirmed leadership, with ability to structure and support team skill development
Mastery of fiscal aspects, from preparation to review of declarations
Fluent English (bilingual) and ease in a multicultural context

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage accounting teams (20 people, including 3 direct reports)
Pilot monthly, quarterly, and semestral closings (deadlines J+4)
Prepare elements for approval of annual accounts of subsidiaries, in liaison with the legal team
Actively contribute to migration to SAP S4 Hana and implement recurring controls to ensure reliable financial information
Ensure trusted relationships with internal and external partners (Group Finance, statutory auditors, banks, etc.)
