Responsibilities

  • Lead or support end-to-end deployment of enterprise digital standard systems, including requirement confirmation, plan formulation, system configuration, test execution, and go-live support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., BR, Operations, SC, HR) to align system deployment with business processes and ensure 100% compliance with enterprise digital standards
  • Establish and optimize system deployment SOPs to improve efficiency and reduce post-go-live failure rates
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of current systems (e.g., EMS) to identify pain points like data silos and inefficient operations
  • Design and implement optimization solutions, such as module expansions, data integration, and custom reports (e.g., reducing 20% manual data entry)
  • Provide system application training and technical support to promote deep system usage
  • Lead full lifecycle of RPA projects, including process analysis, robot development, testing, deployment, and maintenance using tools like UiPath
  • Establish RPA robot monitoring for 99%+ stability and collaborate on ROI evaluation and optimization
  • Independently design and develop advanced analytical models based on business scenarios
  • Translate model results into business insights and actionable recommendations
  • Create interactive data visualization reports/dashboards with Power BI for KPIs and model conclusions
  • Track model-driven decision effects, form closed-loop optimization, and document methodologies/best practices for replication
