Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in related field and minimum of 3 years’ experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous experience in a digital marketing environment with focus on tracking URL creation and pixel management
  • Understanding of web analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and performance metrics

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate tracking needs with marketing teams
  • Review marketing grids to ensure proper levels of measurement are achieved and A/B tests are set up properly
  • Develop and implement tracking URLs and pixels for various digital campaigns including social media
  • Document tracking URLs and pixels in grids
  • Ensure accurate setup and deployment of live campaigns to capture relevant data
  • Identify and resolve issues related to tracking discrepancies or data accuracy
  • Stay updated on changes in digital tracking regulations and best practices
  • Explore and integrate new tools and technologies to enhance tracking capabilities
  • Perform quality assurance of digital marketing campaigns (ensure tags are firing properly, review materials for brand alignment, check links and toll-free numbers)
