This role is designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation to work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office, and the manager will typically be onsite in Manchester Monday to Thursday.
The role manages a new team initially consisting of seven sales professionals based in Manchester and Leixlip.
Responsibilities include managing a team of 7 DSRs focused on renewals, new business growth, and Day One contracts; delivering budget and forecasting; directing daily activities, recruitment, and development; coaching and mentoring employees; and managing performance.
