Requirements

  • Ability to collaborate with business leaders, project managers, IT teams, and external vendor partners to understand business processes, workflows, and technology needs
  • Expertise in defining integration strategy, architecture, standards, reusable assets, components, frameworks, and processes for API and integration projects
  • Proficiency in designing end-to-end solutions, selecting technologies and patterns (e.g., real-time data exchange vs. batch processing) with a security-first mindset and compliance knowledge (e.g., SOC2, HIPAA)
  • Skills in assessing current technology footprints, advocating new tools/platforms/middleware (e.g., API gateways, ESBs, message queues), and staying current with emerging technologies and integration patterns
  • Capability to develop detailed documentation, including architectural diagrams and data flow models
  • Knowledge of ensuring data integrity, governance, accuracy, security, and consistency across systems
  • Experience in optimizing integration landscapes, reducing technical debt, costs, bottlenecks, and latency
  • Expertise in designing and overseeing development of APIs, web services, and microservices
  • Ability to create high-level roadmaps, visions for system connectivity, data flows, and strategies for new systems onboarding, including inventorying transactions and workflows

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, IT teams, and external vendor partners to align integration solutions with business objectives
  • Create high-level roadmaps and visions for Logitech system connectivity and enterprise data flows; inventory inbound/outbound transactions and workflows; define integration strategies for new systems
  • Design reusable assets, components, standards, frameworks, and processes to support API and integration projects
  • Design end-to-end integration solutions, selecting appropriate technologies and patterns to meet business needs, ensuring security and compliance
  • Assess current technology footprint and advocate for new middleware/tools/platforms; recommend innovative solutions based on emerging technologies
  • Develop detailed documentation, architectural diagrams, and data flow models for development and implementation teams
  • Ensure data integrity and governance through standards and processes for accurate, secure, consistent data movement
  • Optimize existing integration landscape to reduce technical debt, costs, bottlenecks, and latency; improve operational efficiency
  • Design and oversee development of APIs, web services, and microservices for scalable integrations
  • Analyze new integration projects; identify opportunities to capture additional data points for improved insights (e.g., 360-degree supply chain visibility)
  • Act as blueprint designer for system interoperability, onboard partners securely, and manage data flow automation across internal/external systems
