Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office, PPT, Excel, Teams, Outlook and other essential work software
Excellent Chinese and English communication skills, able to handle full English OS and business email exchanges without issues
Preference for candidates with FMCG/Consumer Healthcare and consulting experience
Detail-oriented, with strong logical thinking ability, ownership mindset, and multitasking capability
Available 5 days per week, for at least 6 consecutive months (stable long-term preferred), able to start as soon as possible

Responsibilities

Internal and external communication (deeply understand the structure of marketing and related departments in big health/FMCG or multinational companies)
Project management (follow up and drive project progress)
Performance and effectiveness data analysis (learn and practice big data analysis, macro understanding of connections between market投放, education effects, and business outcomes)
Marketing training (systematically learn marketing knowledge and skills, assist in elevating overall company employee technical capabilities)
Other support (information system operations, learn advanced system operation processes, enhance learning ability)
Basic tasks: booking meeting rooms, assisting with permission applications, updating meeting minutes, etc.; other tasks assigned by the boss
