  • Analyze trends and pop culture: scour social media for client posts and photos for use in emails/SMS; stay informed on social media trends; monitor client fan pages and utilize their involvement; research merch trends and top-performing competitor products, delivering data-backed recommendations to stakeholders
  • Assist in setting up Meta ads and Google ads; integrate pixels on client stores for tracking purchases; provide recaps of completed campaigns
  • Create recaps and reports on ad, email, and SMS campaigns to analyze statistics and revenue; use data to inform upcoming marketing campaigns
  • Develop strategies to incorporate email/SMS into merch drops; monitor client posts for marketing use; stay tuned to client fan clubs; prepare campaign performance recaps; apply creative lens to assets/social designs; analyze data (CTR, open rate, conversion rate) to inform decisions
