Requirements

  • At least 3 years of work experience demonstrating impeccable craft and command of creative concepts, visual concepts, art direction, and design across a variety of projects
  • Understanding of design principles and awareness of UX, UI, and Responsive Design trends, as well as social best practices
  • Agile work methodology
  • Experience working closely with developers and understanding of HTML5, CSS, AEM
  • Deep knowledge and production experience with integrated and digital campaigns
  • Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), as well as Sketch and Figma; AE and PremierePro experience a bonus
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools beneficial; ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools critical
  • Strong digital skills, comfortable taking projects from creative brief to completion, providing new ideas and creativity while working with brand guidelines
  • Fluency in both English and Japanese

Responsibilities

  • Produce beautiful and innovative designs for .com, mobile, banner, social, and more
  • Take responsibility for the full design lifecycle from concept to execution
  • Pitch creative solutions in response to marketing strategies to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee and manage the preparation of all finished files that comply with correct output specifications
  • Design and execute graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, responsive webpages, articles, dedicated campaigns, and email communications, including conducting image searches to illustrate them
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and execute responsive design
  • Work closely with stakeholder clients as part of a team designing and producing materials for the digital realm
  • Understand UX principles, research, and assessments; create site maps and navigation for internal and external facing digital experiences, products, and content
