Responsibilities

Create daily social media assets: graphics, short-form videos, stories, and interactive posts for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Write and publish blog posts, emails, and other marketing copy that make finance approachable and useful
Translate financial concepts into content that’s easy to understand and engaging (written + video)
Engage and respond to customer comments and questions across social channels with empathy and accuracy
Use AI tools to speed up content creation and experiment with new formats
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop content that aligns with Aven’s brand voice and strategy
Track content performance and provide insights on what resonates with the audience across different platforms
