Responsibilities

  • Create daily social media assets: graphics, short-form videos, stories, and interactive posts for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Write and publish blog posts, emails, and other marketing copy that make finance approachable and useful
  • Translate financial concepts into content that’s easy to understand and engaging (written + video)
  • Engage and respond to customer comments and questions across social channels with empathy and accuracy
  • Use AI tools to speed up content creation and experiment with new formats
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop content that aligns with Aven’s brand voice and strategy
  • Track content performance and provide insights on what resonates with the audience across different platforms
