Requirements

  • 4 years of experience specifically in art asset pipeline management and/or production of Console/Mobile/PC games or other entertainment
  • Understand game and film development workflows, digital art methodologies, and entertainment industry-standard tools, including programs such as Maya, Substance Painter, Houdini, and Unreal Engine
  • Proficient in 2D and 3D software environments and knowledgeable about asset file formats such as FBX, USD, and Ptex, including their benefits and common challenges
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and facilitate smooth, effective communication and collaboration
  • Deeply value Disney brands (Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, Marvel) and appreciate their cultural significance
  • Respect and support the contributions of every team member and stakeholder, with a strong ability to understand and respond to diverse team needs

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and maintain a comprehensive digital asset library of references and collections from across The Walt Disney Company
  • Fulfill asset requests, assist users in obtaining access and locating desired assets in a timely manner
  • Conduct QA and compatibility tests using proprietary tools and software to ensure assets meet formatting standards
  • Enter detailed metadata into asset database for accurate tracking and retrieval
  • Communicate to various key stakeholders and partners across Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Lucasfilm when assets have been properly stored or accessed
  • Collaborate with Operations, Production, Creative, and external partners to organize and deliver content, feedback, and information that supports project needs
  • Support workflows and contribute to process optimization efforts, ensuring alignment with Disney’s standards of quality and authenticity
