The ideal candidate must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field, and possess a current and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice. Prior experience in dialysis or home healthcare is preferred, along with strong knowledge of patient care principles and regulatory requirements.
This Dialysis Program Manager RN will oversee the operations of multiple Home Therapies programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and maintaining cost-effective clinical operations. They will provide direction to the interdisciplinary team, manage patient care from admission to discharge, implement quality goals and action plans, collaborate with various teams to promote program growth, manage program budgets and key performance indicators, oversee patient and caregiver readiness, manage program supplies and equipment, ensure regulatory compliance, and orient and support new staff members.
