Requirements
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in dialysis care, possessing a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field. They should have a strong understanding of ESRD regulations and clinical practices, along with demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing clinical staff.
Responsibilities
The Dialysis Clinical Manager RN will oversee the tactical execution of clinical objectives, providing leadership, coaching, and development plans for direct reports. They will ensure provision of quality patient care, maintain cost-effective operations, support FMS quality standards through QAI, address adverse events, oversee the Home Therapies Program (if applicable), and maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Furthermore, they will be responsible for communicating clinical quality policies, maintaining medical records, and participating in data collections and auditing activities.
