Responsibilities

Participate in alternating theory and practice phases every 3 months (theory at Dualen Hochschule Baden-Württemberg Mannheim)

Engage in potential international assignments during practice phases
Acquire broad foundational knowledge in mechanical engineering and business administration (e.g., materials science, electrical engineering, project management, production systems, quality management, accounting, marketing, corporate management, controlling, production, and logistics)
Write four scientific project papers and one bachelor thesis solving real company problems independently
Act as the interface between business and technical areas post-graduation (e.g., design or product management tasks, project planning, controlling, technical sales, or marketing)
