Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent degree, and a minimum of three years of relevant work experience in DevOps, with a focus on CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure management. Strong programming and scripting skills in Python/C++/TCL are desired, alongside software engineering skills including software design, algorithms, and quality assurance. Proficiency with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef, containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP are required. Familiarity with GitLab pipelines, Artifactory, and Jenkins is also necessary, as is a good understanding of build frameworks like CMake and Meson.
As a DevOps Engineer, DFX Software at NVIDIA, you will be responsible for designing and managing the DevOps workflow for the software team, providing essential software, hardware, and lab support to ensure smooth operations and resolve critical issues, architecting highly automated and customizable design flows using software engineering and AI Code Generation with modular design and object-oriented techniques, supporting the development of tools using C++/Python/TCL, working cross-functionally with DFT Methodology, Implementation, and design teams on important DFT development tasks, implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for DevOps processes, managing cloud infrastructure and on-premise systems for scalable and reliable deployment, troubleshooting and resolving system, network, and application issues, and providing lab software and hardware support.
