Requirements

Proven experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP)
Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible)
Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, or Puppet)
Practical experience with modern CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or GIT)
Proficient in Linux / Windows environments
Strong scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or Go
General knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes
Fundamental understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, and firewall concepts
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
A passion for automation and continuous improvement
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
2+ years experience in a DevOps, SRE (Site Reliability Engineering), or Infrastructure role

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment process (using Azure DevOps, or GIT)
Provision, configure, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and services (Azure, or GCP), including managing virtual machines, networking, storage, and databases
Manage containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration systems (Kubernetes) to ensure high availability and scalability of applications
Implement and maintain robust monitoring, alerting, and logging systems (Grafana) to ensure system health and performance
Integrate security practices into the CI/CD pipeline (DevSecOps), manage access controls, and ensure compliance with security standards
Participate in on-call rotation (if applicable) and troubleshoot/resolve production issues quickly and effectively
Work closely with Development, QA, and Product teams to understand requirements and implement solutions that improve the entire software development lifecycle
