- Diplômé(e) d’une formation Bac+3 ou plus
- Au minimum une première expérience sur le déploiement de solutions CRM, notamment Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Appétence pour le CRM / Marketing Digital
- Expérience dans les langages Salesforce Marketing Cloud (AMPScript, SSJS, GTL)

- Identification et analyse des besoins cibles
- Animation d’ateliers de spécifications technico-fonctionnels
- Rédaction des spécifications techniques et fonctionnelles détaillées
- Conception des applications, maquettes et solutions
- Modélisation et implémentation d’architectures Marketing Cloud (BU, MDD, etc.)
- Conception et réalisation de journeys complexes
- Segmentation avancée avec SQL
- Construction des Landing Pages (SSJS, HTML, etc.)
- Personnalisation des messages (AMPScript, etc.)
- Utilisation des API Marketing Cloud
- Suivi des développements
- Suivi des étapes de tests et d’homologation de la configuration et des développements conformément aux cahiers des charges
- Rédaction des guides utilisateurs et supports de formation
- Animation de sessions de formation ou transfert de compétences
- Support des utilisateurs après les phases de déploiement
