Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering
Generally, 4+ years related experience
Key skills: Python Developer, AWS, Docker and Kubernetes, Any Database
Experience with modern software languages like Python for application development
Experience running applications at scale in the cloud, especially AWS
Familiar with test-driven design and development
Experience working with onsite and offshore teams
Familiar with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
Experience developing microservices
Familiar with the 12 factor app rules
AWS experience (a plus), AWS Certification (a plus)
Docker & Kubernetes experience (a plus)

Responsibilities

Planning, designing and developing new software and full stack back-end applications to scale
Developing new software using modern software languages like Python
Analyzing, testing, and assisting with the integration of new applications
Running applications at scale in the cloud, especially AWS
Overseeing the documentation of all development activity
Integrating knowledge of business and functional priorities
Acting as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment
Working with interacting multiple teams or projects and sharing expertise
Assisting with training non-technical personnel
Determining own work priorities
Acting as a resource for colleagues with less experience
Understand Operating Principles and apply them to the job
Own the customer experience
Be enthusiastic learners, users and advocates of technology, products and services
