Understanding of DevOps principles and delivery pipelines, using tools such as Copado, and owning CI/CD process using SFDX
Experience with end-to-end implementations, integrations, and enhancement projects, delivering overall solution architectures for CRM applications
Experience working in large Salesforce implementations, particularly with multi-million customer records
Self-starter, adept at picking up new skills and technologies, eager to break new ground
Excellent communication skills
In-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in own discipline; ability to determine own work priorities and act as a resource for colleagues
Responsibilities
Planning and designing new software and web applications
Analyzing, testing, and assisting with the integration of new applications
Documenting all development activity
Assisting with training non-technical personnel
Leading troubleshooting of any production issues related to applications including but not limited to Salesforce, micro-services, and infrastructure/DevOps
Recommending systems solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives
Enforcing sound development practices and ensuring the quality delivery of enterprise solutions
Understanding and adhering to Operating Principles; owning the customer experience; knowing products and services; winning as a team; participating in Net Promoter System; driving results and growth; supporting inclusion; doing what's right for stakeholders
