Responsibilities

The Developer Advocate will support and guide partners and developers in building, testing, and optimizing integrations with Aircall, offering insights, assets, and troubleshooting. They will collaborate with internal teams to maintain and expand the Developer Portal, SDKs, and public API resources. Responsibilities include owning and expanding integration knowledge resources, developing code and content to empower developers, and determining how to scale developer relations efforts. The role also involves serving as the voice of developers within Aircall, collecting feedback, advocating for enhancements, and actively participating in developer forums and online communities.
