Responsibilities

The Developer Advocate will support and guide partners and developers in building, testing, and optimizing integrations with Aircall, providing insights, assets, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities include working closely with internal teams to maintain and expand the Developer Portal, SDKs, and public API resources. The role also involves owning and expanding integration knowledge resources, developing code and content to empower developers, determining how to scale developer relations efforts, and serving as the voice of developers within Aircall by collecting feedback and advocating for enhancements.
