Requirements

Strong technical background, preferably with a degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Previous engineering experience, such as Data Engineer, Database Backend Engineer, AI Engineer, or similar roles
Hands-on experience with RAG or agent development, vector databases, or data infrastructure technologies (highly preferred)
Deep understanding of AI use cases, LLM applications, or data-driven applications
Strong technical communication skills with a proven track record of creating tutorials, sample projects, and other developer-focused content
Comfortable engaging with global developer communities through content
Links to any content created that can serve as reference (when submitting application)

Responsibilities

Create educational content, including social posts, blogs, notebooks, video tutorials
Explain complex database and vector search concepts for a broad developer audience
Partner with engineering and product teams to create high-quality developer content for Milvus
Build demos, sample projects, and “Get Started” guides to accelerate developer adoption
Optionally run webinars and meetups to share new Milvus features
Educate the community about RAG development, Milvus features, core vector database concepts such as index algorithms
Provide hands-on guidance for developers to get started effectively
