2-3 years of experience in desktop support
Experience with support ticketing systems
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Understanding of Active Directory and Group Policies
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to employees for desktop hardware, software, and network-related issues
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Maintain inventory of workstation hardware and software
Maintain and update desktop operating systems and software
Manage and resolve support tickets in a timely and efficient manner
Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve issues and implement solutions
Assist with the maintenance and administration of the desktop environment
Provide excellent customer service and communication to end-users
Provide training to employees on new desktop software and hardware
Maintain documentation of desktop hardware, software, and network configurations
