Candidates need 5+ years of experience designing and constructing mission-critical data centers, trading floors or similar 24/7 facilities with projects from £500K to £50 million, professional training in electrical, mechanical or building services engineering, vendor management experience, and knowledge of MEP disciplines including plant infrastructure, CRACs, UPSs, office HVAC, generators, fire prevention, and building management systems.
The team is a highly technical group of creative problem-solvers who design to optimize the work experience, operating with little red tape and focusing on new ideas and unique solutions.
A strong candidate has a breadth of experience in designing mission-critical spaces, can convey a strong vision and execute at an exceptional level, regardless of specific engineering discipline, and is comfortable collaborating across teams and with vendors.
