Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain core product design systems across web and mobile applications, ensuring consistent user experiences that scale with our rapid growth
  • Design social media assets, landing pages, event posters, and team merchandise that drive attention and growth while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Establish and maintain component libraries, design tokens, and documentation that enable consistent, efficient product development across the entire platform
  • Use design software and AI to rapidly prototype new features and interface concepts to validate design decisions before full implementation
  • Build internal design and development workflows that improve team velocity, from design handoff processes to automated testing for visual consistency
  • Partner directly with product, engineering, and sales teams to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions that balance user needs with technical constraints
  • Contribute to long-term product vision by identifying opportunities to simplify complex financial workflows and reduce operational overhead for our users
