- Strong experience building and scaling backend systems

- Design and maintain scalable, resilient systems that power our knowledge-sharing platforms
- Develop core backend features and services across our product suite
- Implement robust deployment systems and monitor performance
- Collaborate with teams to deliver impactful features
- Translate detailed design specifications into pixel-perfect implementations while maintaining technical excellence (bridging design vision and technical implementation, working closely with Product Design team)
