Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience creating both static and motion design assets with the desire to keep evolving
  • English proficiency
  • Well versed in display/social media assets and editing existing visual assets
  • Proficient across the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and Figma. 3D experience a bonus (e.g., Blender or After Effects)
  • Experience creating digital/social assets for notable global clients
  • Experience following a clear brief from the creative team and ensuring your team of designers do the same
  • Passionate about design, art, and culture
  • Brand knowledgeable; you know when to add their style but can design within the right boundaries
  • An overall team player who understands the busy nature of working within an agency

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple design projects and deliver assets while maintaining a high standard and quality
  • Familiar with high-volume static and video delivery QC processes
  • Use your creative vision and technical expertise to help shape the aesthetic of on-point, on-trend content spanning all social media platforms - and beyond
  • Deliver design assets across digital and social content along with any given touch point, including static posters, stunt mock-ups and deck design, stand-out templates, to more visually conceptual design explorations
  • Conceptualize and communicate a narrative behind a design or motion design concept
  • Manage design assets and oversee a templated approach (e.g., localization)
  • Lead the charge in bringing visual excellence and design flair across a range of projects, static and motion
  • Support and guide designers as they manage varied and simultaneous work streams
  • Lead by example by bringing ideas to life
  • Lead multiple projects according to each timeline
  • Keep up to date on the latest trends in design technology
  • Spot, develop and create new design trends yourself
  • Communicate and share ideas while receiving feedback, aiming to rally a team and personally produce the best work that resonates with diverse audiences
  • Execute delivery of high-quality design of your own whilst also leading and inspiring a team of diverse designers to create exceptional work
  • Lead a team and support individual designers to provide a range of design solutions not only on brief, but beyond it
  • Present and convey your design ideas to your team, VP of Creative, and clients
  • Take onboard constructive criticism and evolve design solutions to ensure progress
