Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Architecture or Bachelor of Engineering in Civil, along with a degree from NICMAR or a postgraduate qualification in Advanced Construction Management. Proficiency in Auto CAD and MS Project is required, and early joiners will be preferred.
The Design Coordinator will establish design documents based on client feedback, create project budgets and master schedules, and track design progress. Responsibilities include conducting design reviews for value engineering, reviewing Bills of Quantities, specifications, and drawings for compliance, and managing procurement events. The role also involves preparing and tracking drawing release schedules, approving materials and shop drawings, managing mock-up approvals, and liaising with client and tenant teams on design requirements during meetings.
