Requirements

  • Deep expertise in traditional Design Build (DB) and Progressive Design Build (PDB) methodologies
  • Strategic and experienced leadership in collaborative environments
  • Ability to oversee all aspects of Collaborative Delivery, from pre-construction through completion
  • Strong collaboration skills across Consulting, Operations, O&M divisions, and with Client Managers
  • Experience delivering integrated solutions tailored to client needs and regulatory requirements
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams with focus on safety, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction
  • Capability to educate and guide clients on customized project approaches
  • Preferred location in Florida or the Midwest (remote available)
  • Willingness to travel nationwide 30-60%

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight for safe delivery of Pre-Construction, Cost Estimating, Scheduling, Construction, Project Management, Program Management, and Administration activities for DB projects at Woodard & Curran, Inc. (W&C) and Woodard Curran Constructors (WCC)
  • Lead the construction team within Collaborative Delivery, providing mentorship, direction, and ensuring compliance
  • Serve as the company's primary advocate and subject matter expert for Collaborative Delivery
  • Drive Design Build project performance, achieving or exceeding targets with high client satisfaction
  • Contribute to business planning and execution, meeting annual business goals and strategic growth
  • Optimize resources by balancing team resources for successful project delivery and DB business performance
  • Partner with Client Managers to shape client relationships and advance tailored project approaches
  • Lead cross-functional teams across divisions to execute complex water and environmental infrastructure projects
