Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in the landscape design and construction industry
Degree in landscape design or related field preferred (can be used to substitute for some work experience)
Basic knowledge of Pacific Northwest plants
Basic knowledge of CAD software (Dynascape DS preferred) and SketchUp
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with colleagues, clients, and vendors
Proficient in Microsoft 360
Possess a valid driver's license
Ability to navigate through client's property, over possibly uneven and/or sloped terrain

Responsibilities

Assist with and/or prepare residential base maps and landscape design, construction estimates, proposals, and presentations as directed by design consultants
Coordinate and sub-contractor quotes and permits
Coordinate with the Senior Design Consultants to accomplish the work required to close sales and achieve the annual department sales target
