Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the landscape design and construction industry
  • Degree in landscape design or related field preferred (can be used to substitute for some work experience)
  • Basic knowledge of Pacific Northwest plants
  • Basic knowledge of CAD software (Dynascape DS preferred) and SketchUp
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with colleagues, clients, and vendors
  • Proficient in Microsoft 360
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Ability to navigate through client's property, over possibly uneven and/or sloped terrain

Responsibilities

  • Assist with and/or prepare residential base maps and landscape design, construction estimates, proposals, and presentations as directed by design consultants
  • Coordinate and sub-contractor quotes and permits
  • Coordinate with the Senior Design Consultants to accomplish the work required to close sales and achieve the annual department sales target
