Requirements

1-3 years relevant experience as a designer with a strong background in interiors/hospitality/F&B and/or renovation/adaptive reuse
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior design, or related fields
Experienced with all project phases
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suites
Strong space-planning ability
Strong ability in architectural representation, drafting, and detail development
Detail obsession, able to go deep on tasks as needed, execute & perform duties with accuracy, raise attention to potential issues & communicate relevant information to all parties
Ability to multitask plan development for multiple projects with short timelines
Ability to coordinate architectural and engineering systems cohesively

Responsibilities

Draw Testfit & Schematic Design
Develop an Interior Design scheme
Technical detail development (interior & exterior components)
Research local codes and standards and address compliance in early design phases
Coordinate test fits and schematic plans with MEP/FP and Structural engineering strategies
QA/QC of internal drawing packages
Assist with consultant coordination process and review of milestone deliverables
